We currently offering two shipping options for UK, EU and non EU countries: 1st Class Standard (non tracked, non signed)) and Tracked Signed Service. If you want your order trackable please choose the Traked Service. If you want your order next day delivery please get in touch by phone (faster) or email (order has to be placed Monday to Thursday for that).

Rapé 10g and 20g, Sananga, some kuripe aplicators are packed as a large letter and arrive through a letter box. Bigger itiems arrive as a little or medium parcel.

Shipping cost may vary depending on weight of the parcel. The shop will calculate the weight and show you the shipping price at the checkout. Minimum shipping charge is £4.

It takes up to 24 Hours to process you order and get it ready for shipping. Please keep it in mind when ordering. Also please keep in mind that weekends are not business days when shipping.

UK Tracked 1-2 business days shipping is for business days only normally Monday to Friday. But if you ordering Thursday and we shipping it Friday there is no guarantee that it will be 1-2 Business days delivery due to the weekend. An additional charge applies for orders to be delivered Saturdays £5.50 extra to the shipping cost if you want it to be delivered as quick as  during weekdays. Please get in touch if you need fast delivery during the weekend for this to be organaised (additional charges apply).

The kuripe is a V-shaped tool used for self-applying, which provides a connection between one's mouth and nose. It is an instrument used to apply the Sacred Medicine known as Snuff. Made from Ash and various Amazonian medicinal plants, mapacho, trees, leaves, seeds and other ingredients. There are different types of snuff, being made by various indigenous tribes, such as: Apurinã, Yawanawa, Kuntanawa, Huni Kuin, Nukini, among other caboclo ethnic groups. This medicine is used for various purposes, including medicinal and ceremonial.

For all our products - rapé, sananga, kuripe and tepi there is no refund or return. You can inquire prior to placing your order to make sure you getting the right product, right amount and know how to use it.
All returned orders (by a currier) can be shipped again but shipping costs on the buyer, and the buyer is resposible to get in touch and inquire about the order which hasn't reached destination.
We are not responsible for any lost orders on delivery due to choosing UNTRACKED postage method.
If a parcel is lost by the currier there is a proceedure to get a refund from Royal Mail. 1st Class Standard postage up to £20 max refund, thereas Tracked up to £500 (it takes up 2-3 months from shipping confirmation). If your order £40 and above we recommand to use Tracked postage.
